Discussion: Occasionally one hears the rumor that a network of tunnels lies beneath the downtown area of Klamath Falls.

While there have at times been underground passageways connecting certain buildings, there has never been anything like a network of tunnels.

When the Oregon Bank Building (now known as the Medical-Dental Building) was constructed, plans called for an underground passage connecting the building with a parking lot across Pine Street. According to the building's owner, the passageway was never used, and was sealed off many years ago.
