Mystery Photo No. 8 -- flagpole

What we know about this photo: The background suggests this photo may have been taken somewhere in the Fort Klamath area, but it does not appear to be the Fort Klamath military post site. The photographer was apparently standing on a wooden structure of some height above the ground.

One suggestion received: Location was Klamath Agency.
