Services Provided

Property Records:
The Information Technology(IT) Department offers internet access to the Klamath County Assessor and Tax Office records. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding time computer is down for maintenance or program updates. This is a fee based service, please call our office for pricing.

This information is available without charge at the Klamath County Assessor's Office. The Klamath County Assessor's Office is located in the Government Center, 305 Main Street. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Tax Roll:
Current Tax Roll information is available on CD each November. Call the MIS Department for pricing.

Specific Reporting Needs:
IT provides tax assessment information on printouts, diskettes, magnetic tape or CD.

Tax Lot Maps on CD, complete set only.

Political Candidates:
For qualified political candidates, the IT department can provide either selected precinct, party, special districts or complete Klamath County voter list. This information is available on paper, labels, diskette or CD.

We must have your request in writing, including candidate name, information desired, and reason for wanting this information. Letter must also include statement that information will be used for political purposes only.

There is a charge for this service, please call our office for pricing. All information must be paid for prior to receipt.
