Records of all births and deaths occurring
in Klamath County are available at the Vital Records Reception
Window at the Health Department from 8am to 5pm, Monday to
Friday, except for holidays.

Records are available for the
first 6 months after the birth or death, after which time certificates
can be obtained from the Vital Records Office in Portland.
