County are available at the Klamath County Department of Public Health
Vital Records Reception Window.
Orders for records can be placed: Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Orders can be picked up: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
