You may obtain birth or death certificates through Klamath County Health Department IF THE BIRTH/DEATH OCCURRED IN KLAMATH COUNTY WITHIN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS. Otherwise, if the birth/death occurred in Oregon you will need to contact Oregon Vital Statistics in Portland at (971) 673-1190.
