3) If you DO NOT have a current, valid Oregon DMV Driver's License/ID OR a Social Security number, you must affirm this on the new voter registration form in sections 4 and 4a, and if you register by mail, you must provide a copy of one of the following:

If you move within the county or from another county in Oregon you may change your registration address up through Election Day. If you are a new voter to Oregon, you must register by the 21st day before an election to be eligible.
Oregon is currently the only state in the United States that conducts all of its elections using vote by mail. With this system your ballot will be mailed to you. You no longer need to find time to go down to the polling place to vote on Election Day; your ballot still needs to be in the Clerk's office or to one of the designated drop sites by 8:00pm on Election Day. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE POSTMARKS!!!!
