 | Domestic Partnership means the civil
contract entered into in person between two individuals of the same sex
who are at least 18 years of age, who are otherwise capable, and at least
one of which is a resident of Oregon.

| Fee is $57.75 (cash only) to register and both parties
have to be present with picture id.
